·                 Integral yoga - some experience an advantage: Tues 10-11.30am

·                 Integral yoga - Age Concern Hall, Linden Road: Fri 10-11.30am

·                 Post Natal yoga: Sat 9.30 - 11am

·                 Yoga for complete beginners: Tues 1.45 - 3.15pm

·                 Yoga for everyone: Tues 12-1.30pm

·                 Yoga for non-beginners: Fri 10-11.30am

·                 Yoga for pregnancy: Sat 11 - 12.30pm
